can we make anew account for the new file hosting site with it's name and use both accounts?
where to end the biz plan for the new project ?
what must we do if we sold the gboxes project ?

You will need to PM me with a valid business plan, new accounts are not permitted. You may promote the new business using your existing account once the business plan has been approved.
