Can I replace my Mastercard from PayPal and use Bank account instead?

I have a paypal account that was verified via Mastercard, But now I have to disable it, So can i use my bank account instead to keep my Paypal account verified, Both Mastercard and bank account are located in same country, so the only change is replacing Master card with Bank account, Please any one have any trusted info about this?

the country is Kuwait.

I think you can use the bank account instead of the mastercard.
