can anyone help with Forbidden?

hello,

i have 2 problems:

1:

i have bought a new linux server with whm. i have added a new domain in whm, a new account, when i go to the domain i get the next:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at dentistpedia.info Port 80

what is this? how can i fix this? i get a white page with this

i have a php file on one of my site, i have ads codec in this. now with this new server i get the next text when i go to the url of this ad.php:

1 - check to see that the folder is chmoded / chowned correctly and that there is no .htaccess file in there.

2 - check the same thing, and make sure you compiled everything correctly.

Instead of adding things manually, try using easyapache via whm.
