Can americans use webmoney?

[spikespen]

It says it you can set up a purse to have USD but i don't see where to type in my bank account number.

Where can I send my webmoney to my bank account or to my paypal.

This is getting so stressful I can't take this anymore. I just want to upload my stuff and get paid.

also, webmoney.com took me to a japanese site and google took me to an english site called

wmtransfer.com

is that right?
