Bongacash, Chaturbate and even LiveJasmin.
Also the problem with these is that a lot of people already registered there. So you must be really smart to get some new sign ups there or spend a lot of money. At the beginning I had a 1 register for every 51 people that saw the ad CR for CN, but in a few weeks dropped to 1 to 2k.

A new one would be great for the adult affiliate industry.
