hey it happens with me also..

wen i select campaign there is no option for resume game..

then i go back and select campaign i see the resume game option..

but i am able to load file upto now i am going to finish the snow mission.

you can play only single player anyways if you don't buy it. to solve your problem... try some other crack. or use cheats for singleplayer. same happened to me. it doesn't save. no idea why.
