My RDP server account is extremely slow just right now. It takes 10 minutes to unrar 5MB file. That's right - 5MB, not 5GB. Totally unusable.
CPU usage is 2-4%, physical memory 18%. I'm the only active user on the server. I wonder what could be the problem? HDD issue? LEVAC was good in that - actually most of his upgrades in my 5 months with him were better HDDs. And his RDP server was fast (when it was working at all that is).

rar speed is 16 minutes for 700MB file with 1 winrar instance and store compression. I have around 40 files to rar...
