I did open a ticket and send a picture yesterday. (See below)


After that one of staff tell me try again but the speed is still slow. So i can't wait any more. Can you see the date on the picture ?

And this is the result of my review on wjunction. The speed is improved.

your service is very bad!

I can't use rdp for 5 days ago

I have some mails but you don't help to resolve problem?
 
I want a Christmas NL plan demo account, please.
And,could I compress the files are in my account ?
Does the server have the hardware RAID?
(maybe I can pay more to another encoding plan)

I am sorry but we don't provide any Demo Accounts. We have a 24 hour refund policy just in case you are not satisfied with our speeds. So go ahead and order the plans you need. We are currently out of stock with the Christmas Plans. We can provide alternate accounts until we have new server for the same.
