When you know it shoots to peaks you should at first do not use OR USE IT IN OFF PEAK TIMES.
Secondly you are some of my oldest members, i usually warn for this one.
There is no restriction of CPU USE , this is RDP and when you poster shoots to high usage, thats when i face issues.
Now, onto DISCOUNTS, how many times should i say here in thread, clients renewing for SECOND MONTH can take 6$ DISCOUNTS from me submit a ticket to use this.
And onto tickets, i do not think i leave tickets unanswered, i do reply or someone else does and if no one did, you can EMAIL, PM ME OR buzz me on MSN (i am on your list), so tell me which one should i use for you.
I don't get what peak time is yet? Is it any specified time i can use?
By the way my poster has never ever gotten out of 1GB of RAM and 7% of CPU usage. The last time you sent me a message on the RDP, it was 320MB of RAM and 2% CPU usage. You know how strictly i monitor the usage of the poster?
You know recently the 3rd RDP i purchased from you, i wanted to install 2 programs, i submitted 2 tickets and still just 1 installed. It's ok because i can run the portable version, but i wanted to let you know that i was gonna use it and it is allowed because you installed it on my 1st RDP and i'm still using it. So you got the point yet? The support is lacking professional.
