try to use zoom uploader u will get good upload speeds for fileserve

I did not ignore your tickets, we had a word for the same issue on MSN so i did not reply on ticket and i told you to get a slot on USA servers as FS is not that slow but still if you feel go ahead. And in this same thread , you can see speedshots of 40Mbps speeds to FS.

maybe the upload speed is fix because when you restart the server in the first time the speed became fast..

I don't know about fileserve... It's kind of slow.. comparing to above host.. Fileserve issue. I have tried with other RL and RDP. its slow there as well.
Plus I am in NL RDP. I think fileserve is better in US RDP.
Upload is faster than download speed.. I don't know why...
Up speed will be up and down when you upload such as 40, 50,60,45. Varies on filehosts. You will know once you test it
For me they are all pretty fast.. few minutes wait
