Server restart and now I can't use IDM:

Internet Download Manager has been registered with a fake Serial Number or the Serial Number has been blocked.
 
i would to purchase , but need some advice
i would to use rdp account to download video
after download , split the video into 5 part ( is this allow ? ) also do you have any recommended software for that?

You need to work on your attitude. Just because your buyer is wrong does not mean you should cast aside all your professionalism and start abusing them. Every client, happy or otherwise, is valuable. You keep your clients happy, even if they are leaving your service, and you'll see the benefits of doing that in the long run.

You'll come across these issues time and time again. It's always about the 'customer being right'.

But I think from now I will be more selective on my clients.

You can use VIDEO SPLITTER for that and yes it is allowed, you can get it installed but that's limit, no other video stuff.
 
Very nice that i've got login info.
But only a few apps are installed, mate :( Deluge, Utorrent, Firefox
I hope you would install main apps like: IDM, K-Lite Codec, Filezilla, CuteFTP, Foxit PDF asap.......

You were sent a slot on our latest server added for NL RDP's.
All things will be installed, i myself did the IDM & CUTEFTP.
Doing filezilla, if you find anything not installed please buzz me on MSN or better to submit 1 ticket on support.

They should have done that by now.
