And we will be allotting only this plan on the server.

WOW, that was unexpectedly quick.

1 down, 5 left.
6 slots only and guys looking for encoding on this should pre-book, i am fully assured, it won't last long.
 
can u reserve a slot for me....i was in i7 US server and now u have moved me to OVH...so will u consider providing one slot for me as and when i finish using 1 month of OVH....if not will u order one more server with this plan.....

I badly need to have a slot for a remote desktop account on your newly ordered OVH server, but 400 GB HDD will not be enough for me. I want to purchase twice the HDD, i.e. 800 GB, and I can pay twice the amount too. But, I thought you could give me a discount since there's going to be only one person using the resource of practically two accounts. $55 perhaps? Please reply here or to my PM. I have been keeping an eye on the live chat at http://www.buyrdp.com/ but it never goes online! And I have added you already on MSN yesterday but no response since!

We were forced to put down the i7 USA servers as if i continued with them, you would be paying like 70$ each month, which was not fair for my clients.
So, we moved to OVH.

And now on this one too, OVH 1Gbps rocks for encoding clients , in case you want to get a slot on this one, all you have to do is :

1. Book a slot on this, pay for this.
2. Submit a ticket saying CANCEL MY SLOT ON PAST OVH & allot me on this as when my past slot is over.
3. DONE.

If you want 750GB Space, i guess that should be possible for me, will cost you 55$.
Just order a slot, reserve it for yourself and submit a ticket for additional space, we will invoice you for the same.

NUMBER OF USERS will be : 6 on this server.

i can order one but right now i can't pay it...so if all slots are filled up will u order more of this coz i need i7 rdp's to encode...that was the first reason to purchase ur previous us servers....anyways can u move me to this rdp for the remainder of the days coz i paid the same 42$ for us servers....i don't know if it can be done or not..if yes i will be glad...

Reservation here means :

You have to pay for the slot in full and submit a ticket to support saying:
PUT MY SLOT ON HOLD TILL DATE.
Once the date comes, reply to us and we will allot the slot to you and start your BILLING CYCLE.

That ticket will work for us,
but as written above, submit your complete payment and block the slot.

In case you have paid 42$ for this month and there are any remaining days, you are still having the option to switch to this 6 USER OVH i7 RDP.
Payment will be 42$ from next month too.
Submit a support ticket for the same.

This is not a PRE-ORDER AT ALL.
The server has been ordered but as OVH Sales does not show up servers on weekends, as soon as server comes on weekdays, you will get the slots.
 
@Intersecool: I see. Please edit my invoice so I can now pay $55 for the 750 GB slot. And tell me when it's done. Please do it immediately as I wanna pay and block the slot before someone else does.

Or did you mean I reserve a slot by paying $40 first and then $15 for the additional space later? You did not make this clear. And PLEASE make your responses quicker.

i just made a payment of 42 usd. please charge me the 15 usd as soon as the rda is available and my additional 350 gb space is ready to be added.
 
What's taking this hoster to reply so long to my queries? Sorry to say but I have never encountered customer support this bad in my life.
 
Firstly, I have sent like 3 tickets at buyrdp and not a single one has been replied to yet.
Secondly I have sent you several PM's here on wj and you did not reply to most of them.


I am requesting for a refund of the payment I made yesterday for this up to now still pending Encoding OVH RDP. I found a new provider and I won't be using your service anymore. I submitted a ticket on this and please respond to it and refund me ASAP! I have indicated there the paypal transaction ID. Support ticket id is 248500

hello...can u please install avisynth in the ovh encoding rdp with ip .37...it's becoming very hard to encode without avisynth...and pls don't suggest to use different apps as i am not familiar with other encoding tools...if u r busy gimme a few mins of admin acess and i will do it....thnks...
