Shared Buying SSD hosting in US

Hi, I am looking for shared hosting with SSD space in the US. Also I would like to buy a dedicated IP for it.

Skype support at least until I get my site up and running. After that we can rely on ticket support.
Disk Space 15 GB SSD
Bandwidth 200-300 GB/month
Control panel
Softaculous with WP script in it.
Monthly budget: 10-25$
I can pay with PayPal and Payza.

If all goes well I can upgrade anytime to a VPS, but for the first month being a new site a shared hosting will do.

It might be better to be on VPS which can cost way less than your budget. But ofcourse if you require cPanel, the cpanel license cost around $14 monthly per virtual server.

@wdc cPanel is a must, that's why I am looking at shared hosting.
