There can't be a rule for the price. It depends on the seller/buyer. If you don't wanna sell or buy at that price, then please leave.

The seller buyer concept is mostly affected by sellers who lower their price to sell their stuff. And buyers take advantage of that. There will be a time when rs will ban those accounts which are sold at lower prices or something like that..or may be stop converting points for new accounts....

RS already stopped the Rewards as you said keep those points till they stop converting points
