Hey Guys..

i plan to build a website for bollywood movies, and if it works out it will evolve. Its not the ordinary warez site. Instead, its like a blog, but has a better system and only one person uploads.

I want to make something like filminagari.com but with a better look and the ability to buy premium membership. Whats in the membership, HTTP download links on our own servers. So I will need paypal integrated.

So there should be a homepage with lots of posters/links of movies and below them a name. They can have several pic tags saying "New" "New Links" "LQ" "MQ" HQ" ETC..

Should have links under logos of several File Servers.

Admin CP should be kept simple, and should be a step by step process for adding a movie.

If you can do this let me know. And for HOW MUCH?

u can do that using pre-made scripts like WP or DLE. Dont allow anyone to post & thats "only one person uploads"

And for looks u can get n numbers of look which are already available online
 
need someone who can code and DESIGN really well. Please Some one?

Well hope this doesn't turn you off, but I can DESIGN REALLY GOOD, but coding custom cms's is not my thing, I can do the XHTML/CSS version but thats about it.

You can still contact me for the designing part.
