I can't seem to post or reply in the Buy and Trade forums. Any help would be appreciated.

Your new. Think it maybe to stop new people spamming stuff. Have to have a few posts first and be a member so people can trust you and sell stuff.

This is to prevent spamming etc. New members have some restrictions which will go away once you made a few posts/topics (I think 5?).
