Business Google Accounts????

I only used business FB accounts before, they're really better. But i don't know anything about Google. Anyone here has used Business Google accounts? I heard that it's more effective than personal accounts. Is it right? Need someone to confirm !

I use Google Business for my business. It's basically a Google account on (not-so-strong) steroids.

You mean, something like a facebook page but on google plus??
I've had some for my business, at some point it helps me generate traffic for my blog site.
