mate ? im not your mate, plus people that sell hosting should know dam well they should be prepared for something like this, i bet they where more worried about there income than there customers but yeah, it happened already, and i bet people feel the same way i do but they probably don't want to say anything cause they don't want to get banned for what they say, so im answering for them.

Before the "crash" my VPS had 1.5GB RAM, now it has 1GB, as if the plan NL-100 suddenly changed :|

Well , we are constantly working like from last 15 hrs and still doing . . about some eta , we started replying tickets now , and done many installs work , if anyone have any problem regarding anything please post an ticket , but please stop posting the ticket id hear , it wont going to speed up our process . Bare with us , we are really working hard to make things smooth like before .

I have same problem as CuraHack. But I really don't mind as I'm using max. 400MB. But well, I just opened site again so we will see. :)

Anyway, thank you all for your hard work. Not every host would do that. And I tried a lot of hosts in past years. So really hands down for you. :)
 
Just lost all my data, and a few questions come to my mind:

1 - Why the fuck didn't you have an offsite backup of your databases
2 - Why didn't you patch WMHCS straight away? They released it on the 1st of december. It's your fault for not updating it right away.

Pretty appalling considering how much you were flaming Rapidspeeds before.

We have two remote backups sadly they were linked via the breached API system,

Secondly, both patches were applied to WHMCS the day they were released, We understand the anger in clients right now but clients should also be backing up critical data.
