there are many warez sites on blogger
because it has good seo . i mean blogger post come on google fast. ( maybe i am wrong. )

see some websites see what steps they are following. and you also follow that.
because they will not manually open your site to check content. its automated system.
maybe after getting very popular they will suspend.
 
Blogger sucks and blogs suck in general for a warez site. Best thing would be join a warez forum that have been around a yr or 2 and see if they need a mod. I run a porn forum if you want to be a mod on a porn forum hit me up
 
Well as the "Host" says in the second reply, bloggers do indexed in google search and I even remember that "onelcickmoviez.com" was running on blogger before, but I don't know whether it is the same still. And you may wanna check blogger's "content policy". Content policy
 
They ban you only after your reach a certain number of visits per day, or if you receive more than three nofitications of copyright infringements. I don't recommend you to use blogspot, buy your own domain, it's better.

By default blogger has very bad SEO. Even such basics off-site seo options like title, h1-h3, robots.txt tags are totally wrong by default. Because original blogger has been created for personal blogs only not for webmaster monetizing sites. And i think for such warez like US movies & music Blogger is obviosly bad choice...
 
I wouldn't suggest you go with a free online hostingservice for hosting your warez, if they ban you they're in their right and you are there looking at all your work that is not there anymore and you can't do anything about it...
