what to do if am starting a warez site?
blog or forum?
what is better in attracting users keeping it at a managable rate etc

If you are a great admin then go for forum, otherwise blog

Blog is better IMO, you can always add a forum when you've gotten bigger but there are methods that allow a forum to be better.

+1 SLiMRiDER . i agree so much with that, i think i will do that with post-zone.
Atm it is a blog but i will change over to a forum with a custom skin when i get my 3* as it is pretty hard for blogs to get 4* / 5*

Pirate .. that is lies, i own a blog & can post things in no time atal, just as fast as i would on a forum. It just depends on how familiar you are with the way blogs work i guess

Go for blog if you alone and forum if you have few guys with you to work on it. Forum is hard to get populated alone and its tardy. Well i always prefer blog and i do vehemently oppose any one who go for forums. my two cents, imho

I wont upload for that kind of forum, I might ended up wasting my time doing soldiers job for lazy generals.

BTW, go for blog... then you can launch / introduce a forum if the blog got some decent and regular traffic.

Warez niche is the easiest for everyone, you can get loads of traffic easily (different sources I don't mean organic). that's why most people think about starting 'warez site'.

ontopic: I'd choose Blog. It's the best choice for a warez site IMO as you won't be having any community, visitors will just download and leave.

I want to say forums because I like to be a part of a community.

While running a blog, there's no one with you and you feel kinda lonely.
