@whitehot - I am really sorry for the delay in the support ticket. We shall install both RL + TF today.
@futureawesome - The servers are managed, but installing of rl and tf is not automatic yet. You may just create a ticket and it will be done in no time.
@warezgod - I will look into this matter and get back to you.

@WarezGod - We are experiencing some problem with our RL + TF Combo Server. I am really sorry for that and we will compensate for it by extending your Account.
 
The account creation is instant and you can install RL/TF by using the step by step guide in the knowledge-base. Or, you can create a ticket and it will be done.
 
i was trying to order, but you only accept payments by paypal accounts that are connected with a creditcard. that sucks my pp account is connected with a bank account! :(
 
Ok time to report back...

I sent a ticket regarding TorrentFlux not uploading. I downloaded 12GB from a private tracker that I really only observed because it was so hard for me to get into lol. I wanted to seed a large item, but it was never uploading.

So they gave me a new pre-installed account(:D), but I have to re-insert all my premiums(:(), and my 12GB of files are gone(:(), so now I have a .4 ratio instead of 5.x lol :(

Sucks.

And I still don't think it uploads. I haven't been able to connect to a torrent where it uploads yet?

@Showtech - You must be from India. That is why you are facing problem. We also accept Alertpay. We are not forcing you to attach a credit card, Paypal is.

@Whitehot - You were informed about the new account in your ticket in your client area and you agreed too. Sorry for your ratio but our aim is solve your RL/TF so we shifted you to more powerful server.

Edit : This is a screenshot of a torrent seeding. You can ask other people who are using our TF that it actually seeds.

No no that's quite fine just stating :)

But I noticed a site admin must be in my account testing what I said about the non-uploading?
Edit: I see he has a tracker that uploads, or maybe he tweaked something?

Is there like plugins or something for this? I mean how can I download from the torrent but not upload? When there are more peers than seeders you would think the upload would register... at all?

Guess I'll send emails to the sites

WhiteHot, I was just logged in to show you screenshots that it seeds. We have not changed any settings , we just tested 2 torrents. And you have the output.
 
Recommended RL/TF Host. Just bought an account and I must say that the service is very good and the support team is one of the best I ever seen.
