Try changing your domain ip's every so many minutes or secs this will help counter there actions.During last months retard hour when the kids where attacking paypal api they just kept rolling ip's for days and the site never blinked once.Just a thought.

The FTP transfer is also down where it transfers files from ftp to user folder didnt know if you knew but if you do cool.
