Well to make up for it, if someone buys your an account under you then you get paid instead of having to get sells only from websites. Also, you can request payout at anytime and get your money within 24 hrs, assuming its similar to freakshare.

you can increase the number of downloads from the link does not go further?
for example, then link to 100 remote support work harder.
I download or ftp failed.

ryukenshine: Instead of others counting your ip 24 hours, we count 1 ip every 240 minutes. We dont fake or shave your downloads unlike other services around here.

kanzaiki: I dont understand your question. You have problems with the remoteupload?
 
Remote upload could be better if the uploads didn't get stuck as "pending" for sometimes more than 30 minutes before the upload actually starts.
 
I have a few questions:

1) What is the max download speed i can get as a free user?
2) What is the max upload speed supported by your desktop tool?
3) Can free users download files that are big as 1GB or 2GB ?
4) If a free user downloads a file successfully, can he start downloading another file right away?
 
1. Right now 500-800 kb/s, depending on time.
2. Max 15 mb/s, depending on your conneciton.
3. Yes, no limits. No need to buy premium to download big files.
4. After 5-10 minutes waiting, another file download is possible.

hover: It is because some guys are putting very slow-download (100 mb files downloading only with 100 kb/s... taking time of 20-30 minutes to finish..) files to our remoteupload. This slow download remoteuploads are causing long queue.

Next week we will upgrade our servers to solve this problem.

4.2) Let's say a user is downloading a file and decides to cancel it before the completion. Will he still have to wait 5-10 minutes for a new one?

can you provide a random download link (larger than 200MB) so i can check the download process?
 
We count one unique download from an unique IP every 240 minutes.

this is fine for premium uses. but for free users you should count every download like HF, FS, etc
 
if they increase 20 to more, then all the files put in remote upload will be pending forever, as some users will put 100s of links at a time. its better to be limited

This rule applicable for both free and premium users?

i thought its for premium users only like in other filehosts

We increased our rates to 30 $ per 1000 Downloads for A Country Group.

Also we changed our Counting: We count now every Download, no 240 Minutes IP Block. Premium no changes.
 
if you could increase Group B rate as well (possible $25 per 1000 downloads) then I'm gonna use your service exclusively.
