Good news for you:
We improved a lot on our backend and scripts to make it produce more perfomance.
Splash Thumbnails Generation is generating now very faster on our Projects.
Normal Uploads is smooth from beginning till the end of conversions too.
Now, we just saw there is no need for us to add more servers, because everything is still very fast. And because of that improvmenents, we decided to revert the earnings back with old 20$ rates from 29. March and recalucated the rewards.
Remote Uploads and FTP still need improvements, we let you know when its done.

which alternatives we do have to replace hilltopads.com?
You can talk to them to sort out these redirects. I believe it exists because if these ads continue to redirect our sites we may be prejudiced on google. And you as a filehost should value quality.

Should we make bitporno like others with 40$ rates or do we need 4 quality levels for 20$ rates?, can you share your optinions here?
We should do bitporno like others with 40 $ rates, most are looking for quality and earning money. Bitporno has a lot of quality, but many times it can leave the uploads discouraged with constant rate changes and lose them. You could to do the same openload and other hosts which gives the option of each to choose the resolution to convert your videos between 360p to 720p. could also follow openload rates as I did some time ago.
These are just a few suggestions.
To continue with 4 resolutions you will have to have more resources and you will never be able to offer much in the rates ... This is understandable.

I also think that users should have the option to choose if they need quality or not.
So one could either have full hd quality with lower rates or less quality with 40 $ rates. Maybe you could implement that as an overall setting or for individual files?
