the format webm was designed to start instantly... mp4 is back again... but mp4 has a disaventage if the video is really long and then it needs to load the metadata first, which can be up to 20 MB....

The encoding servers are overloaded, the encodings and image splash generation does not start instantly sometimes, you need to wait sometimes.
I annouce when the new functions are done, so complaining about it won't help you.
Encodings demands has increased again, we ordered more encoding servers to fix the slow encoding issues tomorrow.

-Encoding system improved - Video encoding starts almost instantly after encoding, fewer issues.
-Hardencoding option fixed - Video can burn srt in or not (only affects subtitles that is inside mp4/mkv)
-better Upload speed
- Image splash still working.

- new player with support for subtitles from url.

the cpm not understand today you up 10 usd x 10.000 views but in the Statistics this info not is true look:
in the practice is = all countries of latinamerica 1 usd x 1000 =cpm
Resume countries :
1 = 6 usd x 1000
2 =4 usd x 1000
3 = 3 usd x 1000
4 = 1.5 usd x 1000
5 = 1 usd x 1000

The rewards is calucated:
normal views * tier 1-5 countries rates = your earning.
cpm is calucated as following: all earnings made/all total views/10000*1000
adblock views are always 0$

Else the info of 1 usd x 1000 for latinamerica and the countries of category 1,2,3,4 is equal? the problem of not reach the total cpm is for adblock plugin? ok else everything is clear,1000 thanks.

the cpm run very bad you up to 10 x 10.000 for latinamerica but i have in my settings enable for that users desactivate this plugin (adblock) and can see the videos.
the big problem of bitporno is real, the count always run bad, in mys post in forums have more of 6000 visits daily only use bitporno and the end day only arrive to 250 to 300 views, in true not understand you cpm.

Did you forgot the 3 IPs per day per user limitation count?

Stats pages updated with better and simple view to give you a better understanding.... Please take a look.
The often main reason, that your views on the source page is higher than the video views is because of bots, crawlers, non-human scripts, etc accessing the sites, that way, they just load the page and dont start the video.
