I dont know, because we are cutting from 105 servers to 25 servers to get the server cost cutted by 50%, but 3x more storage, but encoding speed get cut by 80%, for that users earnings will go up, but so everyone will upload maxinum 50 vids per day soon.

These are countries, that the ad earnings does not even covers the server cost, sorry. There is no point in making minus for us.

Due to recent service abuses, we will no longer offer the multiple formats, just only 360p and 720p but you will given highest possible earnings at this time instead. The rates is updated daily, however for the Tier6 countries, the ad earnings doesnt not even cover the server cost...
So it is a hard decision, because we recveive mails about demanding for 40$ = 10.000 views on daily bases, sometimes 2 mails per day.
If the service is big enough or there is many premium sales, then i could a set mininum earning for those tier 6 countries.

Yes, it will reactivated, when our services are big, to support more storage for 1080p etc... Right now, its bad time, even the ad networks is having bad time as well too, because our service is ad-financed.
