Hi, I want to make a site for online betting using libertyreserve with few casino games like this site for example: win29.com
Any idea how to start and what are the steps to follow?

I wouldn't bother. The licenses alone would cost a fortune. You'd have to have incentives and everything. Constant security to keep cheaters away. Not worth it. I bet the big ones spend a lot to keep hacks away like seeing others cards and what not

I've worked in the online casino business for years.
Licences vary by juristiction. Talk to a company called 'Gaming Associates' if you want a Kahnawake license. It's basically an iso27001 for casinos.

If you buy a cheap solution, you're going to very much get what you pay for... ie, garbage.
RTG, Microgaming,Playtech, Merge are all good. Rival are bad. Steal your casino and DB bad.

You're honestly better off being a casino affiliate. 30% without the hassles and oveheads of running an operation is a fantastic deal IMHO.
