Best Video and File Hosts PayPerDownload PPD or PayPerView PPV

Hi, i'm new on this forum, i'm trying to figure out which are the best hostings for videos. I'm using Openload, FlashX.tv, rapidvideo.org and VideoMega.tv (but i hate it, it has a limit on the conversions queue, if you have a file converting you can't upload another). So, i need other good video and file sharing services for my videos. (I like to stream them and also give a download link to my users). Can you please list the best hostings based on your experience? Videomega.tv - Host and share your videos free, subtitles supported is good too. U shpould use them as alternative to openload or as i doo, for extra link
