Best software for pool site ?

Does anyone of you know some free but still good poll software for website ?

What I need:

Poll with basic question and answers yes or no.
Cookies/IP logging so multi vote isn't allowed.
Nice design, or space for adding your own design.

I have heard positive feedback about polldaddy software, they offer survey and poll software, and they have basic free account. At least you always can give them a try, this is very reputable company.
