UMB never asked anyone to promote, promote people for who they are.
If they are good, they pay well and are reliable, their users like to share your good experience with them.
I do not know where did you get this ridiculous idea?

UMB don't pay all countries and sizes <100MB.
But downloads count.

You can use Henchfile.
They did not ban anyone for warez, or for no reason.
But note that the DMCA complaints will reduce earnings.
I use Henchfile, and no problems and pay me ever.

Let evaluating providers, the problems that have happened here.
