No one will pay you 7 USD for american traffic, thats impossible or thats only marketing move and they will later bring down they rates. Real rates are about 3 - 4 USD for USA traffic for site like you posted :).

Btw. I am using this one: Image-Boom and I am satisfied

i still have in use,- Imageporter,imgdino/tiger,imgserve, the best of it! well ,serve used to be good in my opinion- recently i had on just one post 22500 views on it, and made funny $0,60 of it!!! however - they all still pay

i tried last week img babes, and my mac hanged itself - 20 pics only upload - a freaking joke

From my experience imgchili, imgdino and imagetwist are best image hosts. These sites always paid me, they have good reputation and they are more honest then other hosts who promise $5-6 per 1000 views and then fake your views so in the end you''ll get less money or no money at all.
