best hosting for wordpress blog

Hi, can you recommend me a shared hosting (or should I go for VPS?) for my wordpress blog? I'm currently running on goDaddy and it is very very slow. (link on my blog is in my signature H-U) Thank you for advice

Hey,

If your blog has something to do with warez(linking) you want to stay away from Hetzner.

You should use the OS you are most familiar with. I'd suggest you CentOS 5 since it's supported by the most control panels out there.

@Mr-R-T i was with them but my domain wouldnt update the nameservers, when i was setting them it would just stay propogating and not show the site. Think my domain if mucked up, im in the process of transferring the domain though so hopefully all is good

I know for a fact they don't allow linking.

Make sure to search for reviews before making the order with anyone. Ignore self advertiving hosts in the beginning unless another members back them up.
