Best Dedi for video encoding in the budget of $65 - $70. Opinions are welcome!

You should look at OVH. They are cheap and they have the i series.

I can't pay for Windows license!

use linux?

install you own OS with own keys. (OVH is able to provide you with a console to do so)

or go and check the "Other" section. There are a few RDP-Provider who allows encoding videos.

u wont get a decent dedi and that too with ability to encode in efficient manner for that cheap price you offering. A good dedi with decent specs will cost inbetween $150 - $200 least..and high end ones which will cost over $300. well for ur budget you'd go for a high end windows vps. no dedi providers will provide u free windows too..

Windows license alone will run for 29.95-25.95.

Thats why I was asking and was going to suggest a high end VPS.
