you can try "chaturbate"... I just started using them, so I can't really tell if they are scammers or not, but their pay rates are pretty high, and they have alot of affiliate material(pictures, banners, alot options when you are choosing where you want your visitors to land on their site...)

nice thread but very few CPM ad network for adult website . Im currently on juicyads but CPM rate is really low but CPC is good. Im looking a CPM network that has good rate for asia traffic.
