I'm having 403 errors trying to upload images. I've tried three different browsers. Anyone else?

Just count me as another sucker who's owed money and not getting a response to my emails.

I run a couple of apps that continually run video ads all day long. Each ad isn't worth much but if you have 5 phones running them 24/7, it ads up.
