Google chrome is best right now. Most of latest technologies work well with Google chrome. Firefox has some security issues and IE is not much compatible to latest web technology. Though it just due to security reasons. But IE is even good for safe browsing. Google chrome sends your data to Google data center for further user interest analysis.

Well, I like Firefox the best. The Safari that runs on windows is still a windows program and has issues with security. The great thing about Firefox is that you can add extensions such as Adblock, flashblock, and no script that makes your browser much safer.
