Being "reverted"

By using certain forgot password links, hackers can get in to your email without a password and lock you out.

Has anyone else been attacked this way?
Its happened to me twice by the same guy who I am now friends with, oddly enough.

you know what is idiotic ? Websites (ALOT ARE DOING THAT) that send you a message when you regi'd with : Dear User, You registrated on our website ty. and this is your username + password. I just made the fucking password like 10 second ago myself, so why send it to me ?

Try useing a paid email service,

or something like gmail, or just setup ur own vps and install cpanel and use roundcube,

I was reverted so I changed all my primary emails, paypal and liberty reserve all belong to a hidden email now.

Wow who ever hacked you is mean. Also I know of this revert thing, I think its only hotmail it happens on. I think gmail is really secure unless you link the emails. Hows allwarez btw? You can have an @allwarez.org email if you want, that will protect you from the hacker.
