Become a File host reseller?

I have a merchant account for billing credit cards for "file hosting" that I've had for many years but have kept dormant for the past couple of years.

I'm thinking of becoming a File host reseller especially given the recent trouble a lot of file hosts have for credit card billing.

Worth it? I don't see any discussion about it here that I can find
