As I told you over the live chat, you should go with shared hosting for start and as your websites grow, you may go with a VPS.
As you are just starting your website, you may go with Basic plan which should be fine for your websites.

If your website was down since 2 days, you could open a ticket so that we can take a look.

Had some weird problem today but everything went fine. So far 100% Uptime (Will provide screenies after 1st week of using their Service) had a chat with Sahil before I put up a ticket to resolve my problem. He was polite and very easy to talk with in regards to the problem I've had.
