Banner networks that pays

Hi
I have a blogger blog not getting massive traffic but getting 100-200 unique visists a day. Its not warez/porn blog. I would like to know if any one here can suggest some banner advertising paying CPM that I could use. They must not redirect and preferely not making pop ups. I have been trying to search but i dont really seems to can find any to make a little money from.
