Ban log

I think WJ should have a ban log like CrackingForum. It's really useful and prevents harassment of moderators from members wishing to know why their friend was banned.

We already have it, but it's only available for staff.

Yep. The ban log's only visible to the staff at the moment. I'm not sure why, but I guess eL has his reasons for that
