you don't need that... if you are an admin you just check the box saying delete user posts in the Ban section of the administration control panel and it does that. if you are a only a mod i dunno, and honnestly i think that is too much power to give to a moderator, to be able to Ban and delete all of the user posts... have you ever thought that maybe moderators can judge a person badly and ban that person and one admin would want to reverse the situation?
