Rahault i have taken you advice and got cpanel license (only $13/month) and now waiting on tech team to answer my ticket for guidance. (Been waiting 5 hours now)

PS Please make it clear to new clients that full management is only given to cpanel installations.

I have installed rar/unrar ok but i do not know how now to get into cpanel after fresh install. Still waiting on ticket reply.Going for lunch now so hope will get an answer to my ticket when i get back.

You have bumped the ticket 4 times in 7 hours. When you bump it, it will make response times longer...... You will get a reply when your turn comes in the queue :)

To let us help you better and to avoid confusion:

1. Open a separate ticket for a new issue. When you put multiple issues in a ticket we have to read the whole ticket and may get confused.

2. Please do not bump tickets unless it is very necessary to add information.
 
What "resolvable hostname" should I use when setting up my email settings on Kloxo

Also what domain name servers should I input in my DNS Template?

so lets say my domain name is "googleplex.com" for examples sake...

The site is currently hosted on a shared host

I then set my nameservers as ns1.googleplex.com and ns2.googleplex.com in the DNS template.

and then I have to set the nameservers on my domain registrar to ns1.googleplex.com and ns2.googleplex.com even though the domain name IS googleplex.com?

It doesn't make sense to me...

also you didn't really answer my other question.

thats what i answered for dns template

also for your domain account you need to setup private nameservers and then add the nameservers aswell if you know what i mean

dont know where you got resolvable hostname on kloxo because i never came across it
