Hi I am looking for some good rdp for uploading files to ryu and to rg,I would like to know how much this rdp is being down in 1 month is uploading speed via ftp slowing during day or night.I see a few good comments here,cheers...

Down not really , may be for a few hours in a month.
sometimes the servers need reboot so we just reboot them.
Speed will remain almost same except the peak hours , though not a huge difference.

For those 2 hosts NL will be better or France will be also good
