I have been working on a system where basically you sign up, with your sites information Title, href, link title and add code to your site. All the traffic you send gets measured into the network.

And this causes your link to display all over the network sites to return the traffic to your site.

Any suggestions? How many people would be interested in using this system? 100% free of course.

It will be able to fill in the footer link exchanges or header as you want. You will be able to choose how many links to display etc

Please give me feedback before i decide to and IF i will finish this system.

I am interested can it be done as a side bar? I have been looking to get one of those. I tried cjoverkill but it was above my skill level.

Generally speaking if i write it yes, you can put it anywhere u want, in any format you want, table, divs, spans, etc
 
good to hear i think i may start this then, basically it will be you can choose which PR sites to display, so ur PR does not drop. If you want i can set up an option where it redirects out of my site so ur page rank does not drop. But like i said since u can pick the PR sites that display.

So if ur site is PR 3 and u only want to show PR 3 or higher thats your choice. :)

EDIT: This is also not really a traffic exchange system, although traffic is used to determine if your site should display or not, to keep it fair for high traffic sites, i dont believe this should be the only reason that makes you choose to use the system or not
 
sounds cool and looking forward to it, it could be neat and actually work depending on how it turns out. I think deciding to show only equal pr is a great thing :D
