Automate fixing flv files?

Is there a way to fix the time of all the flv files in a folder? I've been doing it manually for months and it takes so long when I have a folder of over 1,000 flv files I need to fix.

I tried that already it doesn't let me set the timestamps like how replay media catcher does.
