Auto Rar

I have over 300 files that I need to archive and I am looking for a script to do automatically. I would need it to be able to add a recovery record to each archive and to only do 2 archives at the same time.
If someone can help me get this set up then I will pay them, PM me a price.

WinRAR has an inbuilt feature to do so
Select all folders you want zipped/rared
Click ADD or Alt+A or Commands>Add files to Archive
Select RAR or Zip
Select Put Recovery Record and goto the Advanced Tab to select the %
Go to Files Tab
Check Put each file to separate archive Under the Archives Box
Voila!

Thanks Machar, I tried it, it works awesome...

There is a little problem if you have multi-part files, how to name, rename them.
