1. There is no withdrawal fee
2. After activating, there is no download speed limit but there is traffic limit of 3 GB for 3 days i.e., 1 GB per day limit to our affiliate partners. So to answer your question, yes you can download at unlimited speed but only 1 GB per day is allowed.
3. I can give you 5% more to our default PPS rate for the 1st month and if you give good results then maybe I can think of extending this offer for the upcoming months.
