Hey common dude, you can still make a start.
16 is perfect age to start coding lolz :P
Learning C first is the main thing, if you clear all your concepts in C language then learning different languages will be very easy for you

I could have been programming at like 8 if I would have had the interest then.

In these 2 years using internet my life changed somehow because i started to earn money online and thats my only satisfaction :D

I started my first warez website when i was 14 years...... Is that okay going for me ?

Started in teh VX Scene about 10 years ago with Batch, Yes Batch :p
Made a few lame virus's then dibble dabbled with JS, VBS & VB,
Made a few more lame virus's then about 9 years ago i moved over to teh Hacking Scene,
Spent some time developing sh!t Hacking tools then realized i needed a site to release them so about 8 years ago i started to learn HTML,
Few years later i joined teh Reverse Engineering Scene,
Stayed there for a while before leaving teh net to have a baby,
Come back to teh net a few years down teh line and things had changed,
Starting touching up on my HTML skills & started learning CSS,
Started learning PHP & Smarty, Which brings us up to present day ...
