CPM rate always depends on how traffic is performing, so more and more advertiser would buy traffic if they get benefit out of traffic

If that is adult website I think plugrush has the best CPM. Also try to make javascript code that will popup HUBTRAFFIC affiliate link in new tab. Hubtraffic is paying out 3$ CPM for usa traffic

we're using popads as our secondary advertising network and in the last years the CPM for USA, UK, CA, AU was betweed $ 3,50 and $ 4,50.
